What we do not claim

HSSC performs code remediation for supplied findings. We do not provide the original audit under these offers, an ACR/VPAT, a legal opinion, accessibility certification, or a guarantee of Section 508, WCAG, or ADA conformance. The buyer or its qualified evaluator retains the final conformance and release decision.

We hold no FedRAMP authorization, ATO, CMMC certification, facility clearance, or federal past performance. The reference scope therefore uses public or synthetic content in a nonproduction workflow and excludes classified information, CUI, PHI, PCI data, nonpublic PII, and government production credentials.

Being SBA-certified makes HSSC eligible for qualifying SDVOSB acquisition paths; it does not waive responsibility, technical, security, price, or evaluation requirements. Our first engagement is intentionally small enough to evaluate from the delivered code and evidence.

All work involving government-furnished material, government accounts, or evaluator activity is performed by U.S. persons inside the United States.
